3 Dallas jurors say they were bullied into guilty vote in child sex case

No surprise here.

Three Dallas County jurors say they were bullied into voting to convict a defendant in a child sex abuse case when they believed he was not guilty.

The three jurors signed affidavits saying their fellow jurors “forced” and “pressured” them into switching votes. One juror said that the foreman of the jury took her into a separate room during deliberations to pray about the defendant’s guilt.

The jury of six men and six women last month found 40-year-old Cesar Vega guilty of sexual assault of a 13-year-old relative. When the judge asked the jurors in the courtroom to raise their hands if they voted not guilty, no one did.

The poor guy has been given 10 years in prison. Even if he were guilty he doesn’t deserve a day for the ridiculous crime of touching her bum.

  1. Salem21 says:

They invest so much shame into sexual ‘acts’ that the simple caress of an ass is seen as rape!
